War of Bands, organized by the House of Mauj, and a key part of KJSIM's annual flagship event, is an exciting inter-college music competition that gives bands from different colleges a platform to showcase their singing skills and music sensibilities. There are no bounds for students’ creativity and everyone is welcome to participate as well as to enjoy and bear witness to the vibrant musical atmosphere this event creates.
Open to musicians from all genres, this contest invites bands to perform in front of a live audience and a panel of expert judges. Bands are to hone their musical expertise and make sure to put a memorable show for the enthusiastic crowd.
The event fosters a healthy give and take of musical abilities, be it singing, playing musical instruments or dynamic stage performance. A tasteful combination of creativity and competition, music encourages many new opportunities to network and socialize
A collection of Soul touching performances and an exhibition of a wide range of musical styles, War of Bands is an unforgettable event for everyone involved. It promotes a strong sense of camaraderie among music lovers, bringing people from diverse backgrounds together.
