Mrs. Aanchal has completed her M.A in English , M. Phil in English, Bachelors in Education, Diploma in Business Management and PGDBA in Human Resources. She joined K J Somaiya Polytechnic in the year 2008. She teaches courses like Communication Skills, Communication Practice, Development of Generic Skills, Behavioural Science and Disaster Management. 

She firmly believes in Brian Herbert's quote,

" The capacity to learn is a gift; the ability to learn is a skill; the willingness to learn is a choice."

So, in her teaching career she has attempted to learn many skills by completing various refresher courses. She is having many national and international conference publications to her credit. She has worked in various capacities like a Teacher, Admission Incharge, Vice chairperson of Students' Forum, Magazine Incharge, PR Representative of the institute, Foreign Languages Coordinator, Soft Skills Coordinator for First Year, Officer on Special Duty, etc.  She is incharge of English Language Laboratory where students are privileged to hone their language skills. She has compiled book on Communication Skills for the students of K J Somaiya Polytechnic.

She is Life time member of ISTE (Indian Society of Technical Education) and the member of ELTAI (English Language Teachers' Association of India)

She is an Expert for Curriculum designing for S.B.M.P Polytechnic, Vileparle. She has received Certificate of Appreciation and also trophy for the institute twice in the years 2017 and 2018 for volunteering as a student career guide at the Career Days  organized by various institutes. 

With her strong belief in Albert Einstein's quote,' Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value."

She wishes to learn more and be an excellent teacher which fits in to the contemporary scenario, where the role has completely changed.
